I just switched from using Baquacil to Chlorine and my water is cloudy and green what do i do?

Ok i started my transition a week ago and I think my chlorine levels are high but i honestly do not know what I am doing and the guy at the pool supply place always makes me buy stuff I do not need so here are my test strip results can some one please help tell me what I need to add to my water to get it right? Oh yeah my pool is only 4500 gallons. its for my kids and i've fought with it alot…lol…!!!
